Lead contents are not used for third-party behavioural advertising.
Use of the Service necessarily requires technical processing of information by the Platform Operator and its authorised processors. If you do not agree to such processing, you should not use the Service.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, LetsConnect will use a transfer mechanism permitted by applicable data-protection law where required, which may include an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard.
21. Retention
Account data is generally retained while the account remains active and thereafter only for as long as reasonably necessary for legal, security, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes.
Lead data is generally retained for the duration of the relevant account unless deleted earlier by the Controller or user.

33. Instructions
The Controller's acceptance of these Terms, use of Platform functionality, configuration of forms and submission of information constitute documented instructions to LetsConnect to process personal data as necessary to provide the Service.
LetsConnect shall inform the Controller if, in its reasonable opinion, an instruction infringes applicable data-protection law, unless prohibited from doing so by law.

These technologies may be used for:
Strictly necessary purposes
Necessary technologies may be used to:
- authenticate users;
- maintain sessions;
- remember essential preferences;
- provide security;

Marketing
If advertising or marketing cookies are introduced, they will not be activated before any consent required by applicable law has been obtained.
35. Cookie controls
Where legally required, users will be offered controls allowing them to:
- accept optional cookies;
- reject optional cookies;
- modify their preferences.
Rejecting optional cookies will not prevent access to functionality that does not depend on those cookies.
Users may also control cookies through their browser settings.
36. Cookie information
Where non-essential cookies are used, the Platform will provide information identifying their purposes and, where applicable, their providers and duration through the cookie-management interface or an updated cookie table.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent essential transactional or security communications.

41. Voluntary consent
Consent to marketing communications is voluntary and separate from acceptance of the Terms of Service.
Refusing or withdrawing marketing consent will not prevent you from creating or using your LetsConnect.events account or from receiving communications strictly necessary to operate the Service, including security, account, transactional, legal and essential service notifications.
42. Withdrawal and unsubscribe
You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time, free of charge, through the unsubscribe link provided in marketing emails, your communication or notification settings where available, or by contacting us at me@ionutvilceanu.com.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Once consent is withdrawn, LetsConnect.events will cease sending communications covered by that consent within the period reasonably necessary to process the request and as required by applicable law.
43. Evidence of consent
LetsConnect.events may retain records necessary to demonstrate that valid consent was obtained, including the account identifier, consent wording and version, date and time of consent, consent status and subsequent withdrawal or preference changes.

45. Transfer of the Service
The Platform Operator may transfer or assign its rights and obligations relating to LetsConnect as part of a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of business or transfer of the Platform, subject to applicable law and data-protection obligations.
Users may not assign their account or obligations under these Terms without our consent where doing so would materially affect security or legal compliance.
46. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
47. No waiver
Failure by LetsConnect to enforce a provision immediately does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it later.
48. Entire agreement
These Terms, including the Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, Cookie Policy and Acceptable Use provisions contained herein, constitute the agreement governing use of the Service unless another written agreement expressly applies.
49. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law.
To the extent legally permitted, disputes relating to the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
Nothing in this section deprives consumers or data subjects of mandatory rights or jurisdiction available to them under applicable law.
